BRAD BALKE JOINS COLLIERS SUPPLY CHAIN REAL ESTATE ADVISORS TEAM IN DALLAS - FORT WORTH
Dallas–Fort Worth – Brad Balke has joined the industrial brokerage team of Chris Teesdale, SIOR and Tom Pearson, SIOR — highly regarded real estate industry leaders and founders of Colliers’ Supply Chain Real Estate Advisors (SCREA) — to focus on expanding the team's best-in-class user and owner advisory transaction services to their clients.
Brad has focused on the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market with Colliers International for over five years representing tenants in lease negotiations, renewals or expansions and evaluating overall supply chain strategies.
He represents corporate logistics and transportation clients in their real estate decisions and specializes in the evaluation of the overall corporate business facilities and linking them with the firms’ business goals and supply chain strategies. Over the years, Brad has gathered expertise on numerous projects: portfolio analysis, national portfolio transaction management, incentive management, sale-leaseback, build-to-suits, site selection, employee studies, acquisition, and dispositions.
Brad also serves as a nominator on the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award committee. His primary role is to nominate logistics/transportation/manufacturing companies for this prestigious award.
With over 75 years of combined real estate experience, the SCREA team brings expertise in virtually every facet of industrial real estate, including site selection, lease negotiations, property dispositions and investment sales. The team continually tracks lease and sale transactions, build-to-suits, industrial site availability, and build-to-suits to determine trends and strategies that help corporate tenants and developers make the most informed decisions.
